Exchange and Return Policy
Dear customer, you can return or exchange your new device within 7 days from the date of purchase or from the date of receipt of the product only if it is not used and is in its original condition, with the presentation of the original/electronic purchase invoice and taking into account the terms and conditions.
To refund purchases made using credit cards or bank checks, the amount will be credited to the customer"s bank account within fourteen (14) business days. The customer must follow up on the payment process at their bank branch.
